I sleep to get energy...Sometimes other people say that I need to fill my stomach to get energy, but my case is a little different, eating makes me feel good, but I\'m fuller and I\'m more tired, and everything is bothersome if I eat a lot of food...So I\'d rather go out to stretch or sleep because I\'m always tired. However, if I sleep a lot, it is difficult to wake up later, so even if I sleep, I should sleep within 10 minutes.
