sleeplessness.

good morning. lei. ~ i am really tired today. because i suffered from sleeplessness last night. i spent last weekend so busily. so i was quite tired last night. after prepared for working, i tried to take a sleep. but i was not able to take a sleep. ㅠ ㅠ for sleeping. i drank a hot milk, i streched my body, listened quiet music. but everything didn't work. finally, i was able to sleep at around 4 am. but i awoked at 5 am. it was very hard time. i think the factor of sleeplessness is exhausition. sometimes, too tired caused of sleeplessness. my exhausiting is come from being busy. i told you about my weekend plan. from last friday to sunday. i was not able to take enough rest. i will tell you about it on our class. see you.~
