Small Company? or Large company?

Many Korean believe that it is much better to work at a large company compared to a small one. I agree with this because a large company has a lot of fringe benefits and pays much money for them. So people tend to prefer to go to a large company not considering thier interests. I know all of things a large company gives are very important to get a job and work. However, I think people should find their interests first. It's the most important thing in working place. For example, I saw many people who suffer from working in a large company. So they quit the job easily. As a result, I would like to say that you should find yourself first!
