Smoking while walking is very harmful to people.

I insist the government impose the fine on smoking while walking. I could't endure the indirect smoking when someone is walking through in front of me. What make the matters worse, I wouldn't escape from the fog if he walks even faster than me because the wind usually blows toward me. Smokers don't know how bad impact indirect smokers being taken. Smokers insist that they do not have many places where they can smoke. As matter of fact, there's law that says people can't smoke in any building. That means they should get out to smoke. However that doesn't mean they make a bad effect on people outside. I think the law that keep people from smoking needs the law that prohibit smoke when walking. Smokers should smoke in proper site which is allowed to smoke

I really hate those people who smoke while walking because frankly speaking, I don’t like the smell and they might also fire my dress. Anyway, same here in the Philippines. I just wish that the congress would pass a law that would prohibit them to smoke just anywhere they like though there are already places which aren’t allowed for them to smoke to.
