Solve the communication difficulty over the phone.

Give some situations where it was difficult for you to communicate over the phone. How were you able to solve them? In my case, I\'m not a good speaker, so I cannot explain what I want to talk. Sometimes I cannot think of the right word, it is the biggest issue for me. this issue is getting serious as I\'m getting older. So, to solve this issue, I make some scenarios for the call and write down on my note before to make a call. This way can reducing the difficult for communicate over the phone.
