We are not mature when we do something new. It is natural phenomenon because we haven\'t had any experience on having a social relationship with senior colleagues. Someone can insist that school can be the small business life but I don\'t think that school life is totally different with the business life. In the example at the top, students don\'t need to achieve their goals such as selling products, submitting reports and so on. In my opinion, all skills regarding one\'s company have to be taught by company itself and company should acknowledge that new hired employees are not trained and are not experienced of social life, and then company should provide mandatory training before doing their duties. I am sure that time and experience solve everything, so colleagues need to wait until new staffs adapt in new environment.
