I think men believe that they are superior than women in most field. That\'s why men think they are more competitive than women. However, each gender has their strength, for example women are good at arts whereas men are showing better performance in sports. I think that it is related with personal abilities regardless of the gender. There are a lot of competitive TV programs these days. I have seen many women winners on those programs. It means that women also have enough passion as much as men have. The idea men are more competitive is originated from male-dominated society. Our society has changed a lot compare to before but people\'s belief hasn\'t changed yet. That\'s why some people still have these ideas.
