To reduce working hours is absolutely positive way especially for developing countries because people in those countries are working too much compared to the advanced countries. Our government has introduced laws to limit working hours up to 40 hours a week for workers in companies which are hired over 10 staffs. This law aimed to give employees having more free time after work so people can have dinner with their family and do whatever they would like to do. However, many people have complained about it because they can\'t afford to manage their life without overtime duty salary. The general prices in Korea are quite high although salary looks higher than most of Asian countries. The salary increasing doesn\'t meet the inflation rate. I can understand that companies would like to reduce the all expenses and employees want to raise their salary every year. To solve these problem I think the government has to compensate the money for companies therefore employees can enjoy their time
