I have seen the writer\'s opinion that 40s is the best age to perform our abilities. First of all, I have to define from what ages consider as elderly. I can say if it is over 60s, they are not useful to a company because most of them have a health problem and their physical performance can\'t be better than young people. I think that people who are 30 to 40 years old can show their best performance in human\'s life time. I believe that they have the best knowledge in their major and physical performance also better than any generations. However, it is problem that elderly people are increasing continuously in Korea and most countries. So, we have to create or make bill about prevention of old people.
