Some people believe that women should be treated as equal to men when applying for a job with police

I agree with the ideas that men and women should be treated equal. However, women have lower physical ability than men that result in lower performance when they perform their duty as a soldier or a police. We have seen few women who are stronger than men, but most women need to get more training because of their physical limitation. There are specific position in military for women such as military officer, positions that doesn\'t need to use power and so on. In addition, business culture in Korea is extremely strict so I am not sure if women can adapt to this environment. I can accept any suggestion regarding this issue but it would better doing what each genders are good at. Women usually have talent to arts, speech and so on. That doesn\'t mean that oppose to hire women in military, because there are suitable position for women there.
