Personally, I usually take more time to respond to emails, phone cllas, and other messages I recieved. There are two reasons to support my opinions. The first reason is that, it allows me to save my time. If I just concentrate on that, I can not do well what I should do. Another reaon is that, it is beneficial. I respond to them carefully by thinking what to respond. As a result, I like to take more time to reply to them for these reasons.
