It really difficult for me to distinguish where people are from at first sight. I can only tell about people\'s culture if they are wearing Arabic clothes like Abaya. However, I don\'t think that people can judge someone\'s character without basic knowledge of their country. Most people around world get an education from elementary school to high school according to the country\'s curriculum and it is mandatory by the law in most countries. It might be possible to tell person\'s culture with their appearances before but in modern society, everything has changed quickly and globalization make people similar. Many people shared their culture and implemented it in their country. We can see same fashion style in the world so I don\'t think it is possible to say who they are. People\'s character also varies on the nations. Asians have similar culture and Americans, Europeans also have their own culture. I guess that the effective way is having a talk and then they can get to know each other.
