They say that a person who have full command on language of a local area, it helps in understanding of the culture and civilization of a nation and make easy to deal with local people for different purposes. On a second thought, although knowing language is very important for people to understand the culture of a country, it will be never a barrier because there are a lot of different methods to have knowledge about the country\'s traditions. Even though people can not speak the mother language who want to learn the culture and history of some country, they can acquire any knowledges and information of the country through many kinds of materials.

This is one of reasons why so many famous historical experts exist in the world despite a few suffer from communicating one another.
