Unemployment is major social issues that we have to solve along with Covid-19 pandemic. As unemployment rate is high, Job seekers don\'t consider salary, working atmosphere and so on. People just want to get a job if there are vacancies in any companies. As people get older, they usually receive more salary than young people. However, aging people have to prepare for money which they will use it after they retire. If people are not well prepared, government need to support them, but it is nearly impossible because there are less young people than old people.
