When Koreans see children who are naughty we always think that they might have problems at home and were not disciplined well from parents. We believe that home schooling is the most important things to build moral character. That\'s why many people tend to say that all bad habits came from their parents. I don\'t think it is right way to evaluate students. Of course, I agree that moral consciousness can differ according to the home background and environment. However, someone who bring up in good environment sometimes make more problem than poor people. So, I think home and school both are important to teach children to be good members of society.
