Steel shortfall and internationl economy

A worldwide steel shortage caused by China's growig demand for metal has started to affect japanese business. As a result of the shortfall, the japanese economy which had been on the road of recovery is facing an unexpected setback. Automaker Mako Moter Company and other firms have already been forced to reduce production. Several compaies in other sectors have also announced that they are in danger of failing to reach ther production goals and may be foreced to lay off employee next spring. Analysts ae warning that the effect that metal shortage makes on economy wil worsen if conditions don't change soon.
