When I was a freshman,I performanced an English act for my major annual festival and we were successful thanks to senior students'help.After I became a sophomore,I had to be a director of new play and teach freshmen.It was much difficult than I thought,from decising each person's role to practice.When I was an actor,I just had to practice following senior's direction,but after I became a director,everythins depends on me and it was so hard to control whole people.It needed much patience and efforts under the stress.At first,I didn't know how to lead and communicate effectively with them, but as time goes by,I learnt and got used to it.During the whole summer vacation,I spent producing the act,we could eventually finished successfully and I felt very proud of them and satisfied with myself.
