I define myself as a good team member as well as a good leader.
I have plenty of experiences working with people in different back ground
I worked with people with my department and other department. while I am in charge of business alliance, I worked with people from
other companies, such as aviation companies, and local government. and even with foreigners.
These experience help me learn how to work with others.
When I work as a team member, I have some principles.
First, I am always the first come to attend the meeting.
I like to communicate with other team member. It can help me know team member better and also gain new information from others.
So the time before start the meeting is best chance to communicate with them.
