Teenager's monthly cellphone bill

Sorry to say that for teenagers. But I think their cell phone bills should be lower than adults. In my case , my monyhly cell phone bill is around 50 dollars. Since I am a business man , I make lots of phone calls to my coworkers and other companies. But teenagers call to their friends and family. And even some calls aren't necessary. So they have to control their use of cell phone. Nowadays there are some calling plans for only teenager. They can make a phone call or text at a resonable price.
