I believe clear communication and correct delegation are the keys to leadership. In my previous work, our team received customers\' complaints regarding different refund policies of in-app and website purchases. I took the leadership role at that time because much of feedbacks were from Korean customers. First, I delegated the tasks to each team member to convince each group. Some collaborated with other departments, while others closely communicated with third-party app providers. Secondly, I shared the objectives with other departments regarding goals. I occasionally held a meeting with the product management team and sales team to discuss objectives and gather their concerns. Eventually, we could integrate the refund procedure, and we increased customer rating to 70%. By actively communicating with various players and pulling up the ability of team members enabled our team to draw favorable outcomes.
