My best service is that when I worked at Starbucks, we had promotion “Make my own loyal customers” because we usually have our regular customers almost every day. So we start to have small talk our customer and try to have relationship. But it was difficult for me to remember people’s face even customers. To remember the customers, I made my own secret note. I wrote customer’s nickname, what they ordered menu before in the shop. And I even draw their face on the top. I read that note every single day. Whenever my regular customers came to my shop again, I call them by their nickname and I asked about the beverage taste what they bought last time. Thanks for the secret note I could get closer to my customers. And they started to order drinks only from my side and they talk to me a lot. So thanks to my secret note that I could get a lot of loyal customers and bonus. After that time I realized that my small attentions lead the customers. And I could find the service field is my field
