Tell me about your previous Project Management Experience.

I recently managed a project with eight consultants from different branch offices. The project\'s primary goal is to transform the internal HR strategy to match it with the corporate governance goal within a month. As a project manager, I learned the importance of resource management and transparent communication. Since the project required collaboration from the consultants with different branch offices, I had to ensure a tight timeline to align the client\'s expectations and team objectives. Since consultants are charged based on their working hours, it was essential to manage time wisely. There are steps of delegating and prioritizing each task to ensure the project does not go over the initial budget. Also, I was the only retail industry expert, so I had to provide team members with valuable sources to develop insight. Sharing the understanding with team members allowed them to incorporate such information into their business expertise.
