Recently, I had to deal with three projects, which had a one-month deadline. I adopted three strategies. First, I communicated with clients and the team to match the deadline to their expectations. This step is to align our expectations with clients and double-check the time frame with team members. To minimize error, I tried to give one or two days for the peer review before release. Secondly, I scheduled with monthly, weekly, and daily timeframe. Since the tasks involved incorporating, analyzing, and visualizing the dataset, I distributed each task in a week. I further divided it into daily schedules from lowest to highest priority. I knew any priorities could arise unexpectedly for everyday tasks, so I tried to limit the number of jobs per day. Finally, I always try to update team members regarding progress. By doing so, I could delegate my daily tasks to team members, which helped me reevaluate projects\' expectations and not get overwhelmed.
