I met a lot of customers in the hospital. Most customer are very good manner and mind. but few person are bad manner and behavior.
Now, we can not give anything to end user. for example, Doctor, Laboratory technician, a person related Hospital and so on.
but about 15 years ago, we could give something to the customer. at the time, a customer who have manage the laboratory want to receive something from me. I thought, he would give a fovor to me, so I gave a lot of things to him. but I had no favors from him.
