The ‘at’ on the question is used to ask the precise time. If we are going to answer the questions, these could be the possible answers: A.      I wake up around 7am B.      I wake up at 7am But for this question: What time do you usually wake up at? It is not correct because if we are going to analyze the question, ‘wake up at’ is not referring to a precise time but with a place.. Remember that we also use ‘at’ for locations. In addition, ‘at’ usually comes before the noun.
