I think the greatest effect is that plants make me expect the next day. In other words, it is satisfying to see them growing everyday. Also I believe that they make air in my house clean although the effects are minute. And when I was doing gardening, I woke up early then normal days to water them. At that time I should be a diligent person and I willingly became diligent one. Because I was happy by just seeing them.
