My key performance is the settlement of the service for final users of our devices when I was working in marketing. Our product is used at ICU in the general hospital, the users had to use our products for 24 hours. So, there were always some issues for service for emergency call during the nights. It is very hard for our technical staffs or our specialists to support the call during the nights. For this, I suggested the idea of 24hours call center which is operated by ICU experienced nurses who is not working in hospital anymore because of some reasons like taking care of their children or something else. Our customers can take the service for the trouble shooting issues whenever they want through this 24hour call center even during night time easily.
I took advantage of this call center as a differentiated point from other competitor in the point of customer service and the feedback was very successful.
