I think Red beans shaved ice is the best food for summer season in Korea. It is named Patbingsu in Korean. We really enjoy eating Patbingsu in summer season. I would like to tell you how to make Patbingsu. Firstly, shave the frozen milk or ice. Secondly, put red bean on the shaved ice. Lastly, put another topping like some milk, condensed milk, some tiny rice cake. Nowadays there are various kinds of Bingsu such as Mango bingsu, strawberry bingsu, Chocolate bingsu, Melon bingsu, etc. The reasons why it is best food for summer are it is very cold and so sweet as well as delicious. The most of all It feels like I was eating snow with sweet red beans. Mixing ice and red bin is incredible invention.
