Q. The best way to make the road transport of goods safer is to ask drivers to take a driving test each year. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
A . I think I quite agree with it to check the qualification and ability of drivers. But taking a driving test an year can be also a long out thing. I mean, it is a bit too much work to do so. So I think it would be better for them to complete trainings and some kinds of education and strengthen punishment related to it than taking the test.
