The best weekend you had with your kid

A lot of people say that it is a short period of time for you to have time together with your kid. When they reach the age of 15 or 16, they will not be willing to spare time for you anymore. He/she would prefer to spend time with his/her friends, rather than staying with you even if you want him/her to go out with you. So, I try to spend time with her as much as possible. We go out almost every weekend to a restaurant, a museum, a kids’ park, a playground, a resort, a shopping mall, or etc. The most memorable weekend I had with her is when we went to a farm last year. The program was offered by the farmers’ union, aiming to provide children who live in the city with an opportunity to experience various farming activities. The program included picking tomatoes, digging out sweet potatoes, catching fish, making rice cakes, shooting traditional arrows, and etc. It was wonderful for her to get hands-on experience in agricultural activities.
