A friend of mine tempted by a real estate agency contracted to buy an apartment which at that time was very popular as investment. The agency assured that they would introduce a good purchaser. However, the inbalance between the demand and supply in construction caused the construction boom to be subsided and an economical crisis. The investors of gorgeous apartments were scrambling to sell them off and the prices went down but few were sold. My friend also faced the same problem and couldn’t afford to keep paying until a purcher would appear, so she decided to give up the apartment. She didn't know how strict the monetary society was. Now, she was required to pay whole the delayed money including the second payment, and those interests of the delayed payments.
