I think regulating the use of cell phone is violating a teenagers privacy. They are not born to study. They have their freedom. they have their right to do anything. They have to control their life not their parents. Parents only can give advice. Teenagers have to feel free about what they are doing. They don't have to do what their parents say if teenagers think it's not right.
