the central library

The central library in my university started to restructure last Monday. We can’t borrow and read books anymore until its end. In each building, there are small spaces where we can study. However, it is too small for all students in my university to study. We can’t understand why authority didn’t start it last winter vacation but this semester. Although we paid the great amount of tuitions to the university, we can’t use the library in this semester. Many students have complained about it but it is useless. Today, I had to wait for a long time to get a seat to study. Besides, restroom was very dirty because of cleaner’s strike. I was also angry with this. Where my tuition has gone? T_T
