In my opinion I think characterestic that a good citizen should have is following government’s instruction well.
I definitely realize it because of Covid-19. In Korea government keep says that don’t gather but many people are don’t follow the instruction. Finally it cause a bad situation but they always blame on government. So I think this characterestic is important to be a good citizen.
