I\'ve already known English is very difficult. But I also know every language except our native language is difficult. One of my friends, who is American, is learning Korean. I often meet and call her to teach Korean, at that time she teaches me English. Due to this experience, I recognized Korean is also difficult. There are many differences though, the most difficult factor is preposition. I already learn from Rina the difference of \'for\' and \'about\'. But I read some sentences that are written like \" I buy the pencil for you\" and \"I bring the pencil to you\", and \"I ask the pencil of you\". The meaning of \'For\' of the first sentence is the reason. I understand like that. And Is \'To\' the meaning of toward? And the meaning of the last sentence\'s \'of\' is ownness, isn\'t? It is so funny the more I study, the more I became stupid. Before starting to study English, I thought I am quite good at English. But it was my illusion.

Hello, [이름]! ^^
You are right. Prepositions can be confusing. But, remember that there are types of prepositions. One word can have lots of uses and lots of meaning..
FOR can be used in the following ways
as a PREPOSITION (followed by a noun): I bought some flowers for you.
as a CONJUNCTION (same meaning as BECAUSE): I told her to leave, for I was tired.

Then, we use the preposition TO when indicating that there is a movement from one place to another.

Finally, we use the preposition OF when we indicate relationships between other words, such as belongings. You\'re right, ownness.

I hope my explanations are clear, [이름]. If you have more questions, don\'t hesitate to ask. ^^
