The hardest struggle that I experienced was spending time with only practicing. Actually I’m still practicing at the angency but last aprill I felt very empty and I have low self-esteem. So I try a lot of things to overcome it. The most helpful thing was the book. I learn lots of things from book and I became able to control myself. There’s nothing changed but I feel better now.
