I will choose the time when I started the work in Japan.
After passing the medical license exam,we become medical interns in hospital. Interns help each other and grow up together. This is very important because work is very hard mentally and physically. we need collegues who endure hard time with. But first time in Japan,I did’t have anyone.
Language was a problem too. Japanese is very delicate language. It has a lot of respect expressions. Doctors have to use these things freely for getting patient’s trust. When I just arrived in Japan, I almost didn’t have problems in talking with normal people and I could writing freely Japanese including Kanji. But it was different. I had to be a doctor in hospital not a foreigner who can speak Japanese.
There were a lot of things, but now I have collegues and become experienced in hospital work. And now I think this period gave me lots of experiences of life.
