The heavy snowfall in Gang-won

Today morning, I read some articles about Gang-won which is one of the administrational district in korea. According to this, the snowfall in Gang-won was more than about 100 centimeters. Because of this, many houses and roads are damaged. Also, most of schools, roads and airports in there are closed so inhabitants of Gang-won are entirely isolated from the outside. Futhermore, most of them are aged so it's difficult to remove snow and repair facilities. Many people blame the authorities such as Meteorological Office because their countermeasures were too late. I don't like snow. when it falls, the wether is too cold and the traffic become congested. I think snowing is troublesome.
