Q : How do you reprimand someone who didn’t comply with the company’s policy towards customers or clients? A : As I\'m subordinate in the company, I don\'t have any power to reprimand someone. But if I would be the manager of the company, I would show company\'s rule book to someone who didn\'t comply with the company\'s policy. And, if he don\'t comply with the company\'s policy again, I will tell to the superior.
