Q : Do you think AI and voice assistants can replace human customer service agents?
A : Yes, I do.
Since AI technology is growing fast, some companies already using AI voice assistants instead of human customer service agents.
I know sometimes AI cannot answer correctly.
But in the near future, as AI accumulate information, they will reduce errors and can replace human customer service agents.
So, in my opinion, human customer service agents can be disappeared in the near future.
