Q : Do you think commendations are necessary to keep employees motivated? Why or why not? A : Yes, I do. In Korea, there is a sentence \"The commendation make whales dancing\" which means commendations are very important to motivate someone. So, I think commendations are necessary to keep employees motivated. However, not only commendations but also rewards are necessary. If I heard commendations from manager but don\'t get rewards, I wouldn\'t be motivated.
