Q : What have you realized and learned from last year ?
A : Last year, as a newcomer of company, i learned many things. First, i learned how to control my emotions. Especially to my boss. Second, i learned that after hard working, i can get a reward. Also, i realized that i have to live a busy life this year for getting more rewards. So, i will learn english hard in first half and exercise in second half this year.
