I think that technology like video calls has made it difficult to check the body language than before.
After Covid-19, job interviews have been held by online as I did 2 times of online interviews in present company.
I\'m good at meeting eyes from one interviewer to another and using two hands when I explain something.
However, it could not be appealed because I just showed only my head and shoulders and it was not easy to check each interviewer\'s face.
On the other side, since my face is zoomed in online call, interviewers can easily catch the changes of facial expressions which help them to understand about me.
