Family is one of the most important basic group in korea. Rooted in confucian traditions, the family is not only a private space of love and care but also a foundation for moral education and social responsibilty. Respecting parents, caring for children, and showing loyalty among aiblings are considered essential duties that shape people\'s daily lives. In many korean families, parents sacrifice a great deal for thier children\'s success, especially in education. In return, children are expected to honor and support their parents as they grow older. This relationship between generations shows how deeply family values are woven into korean culture. Even though modernization and globalization have influenced lifestyles, the importance of family remains strong. Today, households may be smaller, and young people may focus more on individuality, family gatherings during traditional holidays like Chuseok and Seollal still highlight the respect for ancestors and the desire to maintain close.
