What happened yesterday to one of the passengers of the elevator was terrible.

It must have caused a big commotion and a rave from the media.

I hope everything will be resolved.

It\'s really an unfortunate incident but the passenger also had a fault in this situation.

Had he been following the protocols for pets inside the elevator, it would not have happened.

Safety is always a priority.

Today, I would like to talk about the investigation for the elevator accident.
