The Korean administration's reaction of chinese fi

Chinese fishermen have been invading Korean water many times since the demand of seafood in China has been growing up. Early this month, Chinese fishermen cross the boundary line between Korea and China. The shocking thing to me is that they attacked Korean coustguards with iron pipes, clubs, and shovels. I understand their purposes to come to Korea. But attcking Korean coastguards is literally out of mind. I assume they are not mannered enough to figure out how to behave. They should realize that they need to be mature if they want to be in a leading position in the world. Meanwhile, Korean government needs to do something since it has been repeating several years and it's getting serious as a coastguard official mentioned.
