> What is the purpose of having a workshop
There are two main purpose of having a workshop.
First purpose is making a decision of all of the members. Actually it is not easy to gather all people at once. But if there is something to making a decision by all of the members, the team should hold a time and place to do it. It is workshop.
Second purpose is making a good relationship between all of the members. Usually in the company all of the member is working hard. So there is no enough time to of getting along together. From the workshop all of the member can have a time to get along together because usually workshop is holding two days or full a day.
I thing that those two things are main purpose of workshop.
