The matter of capital punishment.

The matter of capital punishment has been disputing for a long time. There are cons and pros. The both of those have reasons and that's acceptable too. Actually, Korea is regarded as a non capital punishment country because it hasn't been conducted over 10 years. You know what "We are as fickle as a reed." If they had a family who are killed by murderer they would have changed to pro. I'm sure that victim's family suffering more than murderer or their family. If they knew that the murderer live in at a prison safely, which would be more suffering things. In conclusion, I'm pro at capital punishment.
