When I heard this quote for the first time, I was a little bit surprised. There was a really important ideology that do[이름]ted the Joseon Dynasty(the past Korean Dynasty, lasted for 500 years). Its name is Confucianism. According to Confucianism, we have to do well to our family first before we take care of others. It was amazing for me that English quote that has the same meaning exists. We get a lot of help from family. That\'s why we should give another help to family. If we can\'t help family who already helped us, we won\'t help others who don\'t give us help. Therefore, charity begins at home. We need to return our favor to our family. Our attitude forms at home. We also learn how to help others at home. After we learn things to become a good person, we practice them at home. It means that if I learn charity, I practice it to my family. In a word, our charity begins at home first and after practicing, we do it outside. Don\'t forget to help family!
