The meaning of volunteering for me.

I'm likely not to challenge something if I don't think I'm not good enough to succeed in that job. A few weeks ago, the article said that there are people who don't even try if it seems like the possibility for completing the goal is low. This comes from their personality. When they were young, if they learned that results are more important than process, they don't even try to do anything unclear to success. I realized I have this kind of personality. If I don't think I'm the best at the field, I'm very hesitant to challenge. For example, when I was at the college, I wasn't a private tutor even though tutoring during schooloing time is very common in Korea since I thought I was not the best person to teach somebody and there would be more competent teachers.
